COVID-19 Retail Update - Online and In-store

Shipping Delays

We are still working under COVID-19 restrictions, our distribution team is working hard to ship all orders to you as quickly as possible. We're really grateful for your support and patience during this time.

Please be aware that all orders placed are subject to delays in the current climate.

Orders will be shipped (Monday – Friday),  we will aim to dispatch orders up to 14 days after the order is placed.

Your order will be marked Complete once shipped. If your order status in the Orders section of your My Account page is Processing, your order is still awaiting dispatch.

All orders placed will receive an email update once the order is dispatched and should be delivered within a further 7 days subject to courier delays. Please see courier information updates below:

UK Parcel Deliveries

  • At present all carrier partner parcel operations continue as normal.
  • All hubs and depots are working as normal and we have no closures impacting on any carrier site.

International Parcel Deliveries

Cuba  Update: All DHL Pickup and Delivery Services have been suspended until further notice - Unfortunately, store.liverpoolfc.com will not be taking orders with these delivery addresses until services resume as normal. 

  • Outside of that, at present, international parcel operations are continuing largely as normal.
  • We are seeing some evidence of delays to countries with special measures and restrictions in place.
  • If you are shipping to a country with official lockdown measures, using collection points or a business address, please check with the service provider that they intend to remain open.
  • As this is an evolving situation, please be aware that all international orders may be subject to unforeseen delays.
  • Our Distribution Centre remains open and LFC remains committed to delivering all orders quickly and efficiently. Any updates to this situation will be communicated on this page.

Returns policy

From Monday 16th March 2020 our refund policy has been extended from 14 days to 30 days.
